Halcyon Façade has been engaged by ANTT Construction to deliver a premium façade upgrade for this luxury residential development. In close collaboration with the project architects and the Owners Corporation, our team has developed a smart and cost-efficient solution that retains and enhances the existing façade sub-framing, while elevating both performance and aesthetic quality.
This transformative scope includes the full remediation of the building’s key façade elements. Non-compliant ACP cladding removed and replaced with a solid aluminium cladding system, providing long-term durability, improved safety, and a refined contemporary finish that enhances the building’s overall visual identity.
